New moon in Cancer.
Asian solar eclipse.
Celestial events are coinciding, with disastrous consequences on my life:
Incident 1: Crossing Ferry Street, I was nearly turned into a bloody hood ornament by a disproportionately aggressive Masshole driving a Hyundai.
Incident 2: That same Masshole then tried to run me down as I crossed Eastern Avenue.
Incident 3: At the train station, through freak a combination of rudeness, slippery surfaces, and kinetic energy, I got hit with the station door and it sent me flying into the path of an oncoming bus.
I think it is also worth mentioning that all three of these incidents occurred within a span of fifteen minutes, and all before 9am.
Truly, my favorite tender moment from today will be watching the 106 barrel toward me, stopping mere inches from my face.
What other wonders does this day hold?
